This brilliant yellow costume-a Victorian influenced blouse with a ribbon-trimmed flounce at the collar and waist, and a full skirt,circled by a rainbow of ribbons and edged in lace-- hair is separated  and made into two braided,  three different colors of  ribbon are weaved in the braids and pull up and bow are placed on top.
